Regarding your Vendor space and displays
All merchandise and displays must be within your contracted Vendor space. Display racks and the display of merchandise must not encroach on walkways or another vendor’s space. Pop-up pavilions are allowed provided they fit within the contracted Vendor space and, per City of Fresno request, must not be covered (frames only).
Sale of weapons
All weapon sales must be in line with current Federal, State and Local laws regarding such items. Please visit http://caag.state.ca.us/firearms/dwcl/index.html for more information regarding the sale of weapons. Vendor must ask for ID to make sure buyer is 18 years of age or older. Item must be given to buyer in box or suitably packaged or wrapped. Ani-Jam, LLC will not be responsible for any legal actions resulting from the sale of weapons to minors. Willful neglect of these guidelines may result in the vendor being asked to leave without refund or compensation.
Sale of Adult materials
All adult items should be clearly marked and properly covered from the public view. Vendor must ask for ID to make sure buyer is 18years of age or older. You may post a sign saying you have adult goods for sale. We ask vendors attempt to keep such adult items well separated from any non-adult merchandise they also may be selling. Ani-Jam, LLC will not be responsible for any legal actions resulting from the sale of adult materials to minors. Willful neglect of these guidelines may result in the vendor being asked to leave without refund or compensation.
Sale of food items
Vendors may sell pre-packaged, novelty “j-snack” type items such as pocky, ramune/marble sodas and such. Per our contract with the City of Fresno the selling of other food products and baked goods are not allowed.
Regarding bootleg items
No sales of bootleg items are permitted at Ani-Jam 2014.
Cancellations must be made in writing, by e-mail or phone. Cancellations before July 15th, 2014 are entitled to a 50% refund of total fees paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations after July 15th, 2014.
