To qualify for an Artist's Registration-

1.Your “art” must be an original work/handmade

2. You must have a valid Seller’s Permit from the Board of Equalization

3. You must adhere to the Artist’s Rules and Guidelines regarding sale of art at Ani-Jam 2012

Artist Rules and Guidelines

Items to be sold- All items sold at an artist table must be made by the Artist who purchased the table. Sales/Resale of another person’s art or works will not be tolerated (with exception of those assisting at the original artist’s table)

Display of art/crafts- All art/crafts for sell must be displayed within your purchased space facing the public view/walkway. Do not display items in another artist’s space or in a manner that disrupts the flow of attendee traffic (stay clear of walkways etc).

Regarding copyrights – It is the Artist’s responsibility to be informed of current copyright laws regarding their art.

Violation or willful neglect of Rules and Guidelines may result in Artist and/or assistants being asked to leave the convention without refund. Rules and Regulations are subject to change as seen fit by Ani-Jam 2012 managing Staff.

Artist Table FAQ

Q- Do I need to purchase "Attendee Registration" for me or my assistants separate from my Artist Table registration?

A- No, Ani-Jam 2012 does not require an additional "Attendee Registration" when you purchase an Artist Table nor is additional registration required for listed assistants. An "Attendee Registration" form will need to be submitted for the assitants for our files, but only an assistant badge payment is required. More instructions regarding this process are listed on the Artist Table application.

Q- Does an Artist Table registration make me eligible for "Day Zer0"

A- Yes, all of our Artist who have purchased Artist Table registration (and their registered/listed assitants) are eligible for "Day Zer0" activities.
