To qualify for an Artist'sTable at Ani-Jam 2013-
1- You (and any team member/ helpers) must have pre-registered for Ani-Jam 2013. If you have not, you can register at http://anijam2013.eventbrite.com/# 2- Your “art” must be an original work/handmade. 3- You must have a valid Seller’s Permit from the Board of Equalization. To find your nearest office visit http://www.boe.ca.gov/ 4- You must adhere to the Artist’s Rules and Guidelines regarding the sale of art at Ani-Jam 2013
Artist Rules and Guidelines
Table courtesy- We ask there be no more than 3 people behind the artist table at any one time. Please be mindful not to invade the space of any other artists who may be to the side or behind you.
Items to be sold- All items sold at an artist table must be made by the Artist who purchased the table. Sales/Resale of another person’s art or works will not be tolerated (with exception of those assisting at the original artist’s table)
Display of art/crafts- All art/crafts for sale must be displayed within your purchased space facing the public view/walk way. Do not display items in another artist’s space or in a manner that disrupts the flow of attendee traffic (stay clear of walkways etc.).
Regarding copyrights –It is the Artist’s responsibility to be informed of current copyright laws regarding their art.
Violation or willful neglect of Rules and Guidelines may result in Artist and/or assistants being asked to leave the convention without refund. Rules and Regulations are subject to change as seen fit by Ani-Jam 2013 managing Staff.
